Second: The paper filter element must not be cleaned in oil, and it is strictly prohibited to contact with water and fire, and prevent the air filter from inhaling the oil mist and smoke discharged from the engine.
Third: When the paper filter element is broken, perforated, or the end cap of the filter paper is degummed, replace it with a new paper filter element immediately. If there are no accessories for a while, you can use tape or paper to apply glue to seal the damaged area.
Fourth: After each maintenance of the paper filter element, the original performance cannot be fully restored, and the resistance will increase, so after a maximum of 3 maintenance, a new filter element must be replaced.
Fifth: For paper filter elements, you can only use lightly vibrating, soft-bristled brushes (to brush in the direction of the wrinkles) for maintenance. The compressed air should be blown from the inside of the filter element to the outside to remove the dust sticking to the filter element. When blowing off the dust, the pressure of the compressed air should be 0.2-0.29 MPa, otherwise it will cause damage to the filter element.

1. Remove the right side cover, remove the fixing screws of the air filter housing, remove the air filter housing cover, and then take out the filter element.
2. Put the filter element in the cleaning agent to clean and let it dry.
3. Spray the dry filter element into 15W/40QE grade oil, knead it well, and then squeeze out too much oil.
4. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
5. Install the right side cover.

1. The paper filter element should be blown out of dust with compressed air.
2. The paper filter element should be replaced every 8000KM.
