Urea Tank Assembly
In an urea tank assembly, the urea solution is contained within a hollow member. This member may be either a cylinder or a tube that extends vertically. The hollow member includes openings at regular intervals along the length, which provide a continuous flow of urea solution to the pump.
Hollow tube member
A hollow tube member of a Urea tank assembly includes a support that carries a float for the level sensing circuit. The float can be operable to slide along the downtube 120 and provide a level indicator. A level sensing valve may also be provided, and the valve may be solenoid operated.
The Urea tank assembly also includes a header unit that is coupled to a pipe or tube. The tank assembly can include sensors to monitor urea temperature, level, and quality. It can also include a purging dosing system. The Hollow tube member can be made from a variety of materials.
A Urea tank assembly may also include a pump 26. The pump is a recirculating pump, and it draws urea fluid from a reservoir to a pump that is located within the reservoir. The pump may be a stationary unit or may be a submersible device, which can be located within the reservoir.
Solenoid controlled valve
A solenoid controlled valve is a valve that is operated by an electrical signal. Due to its small volume and high magnetic forces, the valve is able to respond quickly to a switching signal. Depending on the design and application, solenoid valves can be selected to meet a wide range of requirements.
Typically, a solenoid controlled valve has a single inlet and one outlet port. A spring on one side of the actuator raises the piston, and when the solenoid valve is energized, the valve opens. If the valve is operated in a normally-closed mode, a spring on the opposite side of the actuator acts to prevent the valve from opening.
Rotatable connector
An improved urea storage tank assembly includes a rotatable connector. The closure member is configured to prevent evaporation of a liquid urea solution. Moreover, the tank assembly allows storage of both types of urea solution. This helps to ensure the quality of urea solution.
The urae tank assembly can be equipped with a level sensor to monitor the level of urea. The sensor unit assembly may be configured to measure urea level using temperature. Other types of sensor units may be installed to monitor other parameters. A solenoid-operated valve may also be included.
Various types of urea tank assemblies are available. These systems include tanks with capacities of 5, 10, 15, and 30 gallons. These assemblies also include header units and sensors to monitor urea levels, temperature, and quality. In addition, urea tank assemblies can include purging dosing systems.
Level sensor
The Level sensor for urae tank assembly is a component used to monitor the urea level in a tank. The sensor may include a display device or a lighting system. It may also store information regarding the operation of the pump assembly and user settings. In addition, it may include other features and configurations.
The sensor can be easily integrated into an assembly with minimal space requirements. Its cylindrical geometry and digital design make it ideal for a variety of applications. The sensor is also highly sensitive, detecting even small amounts of liquid. Its simple design and low power consumption make it ideal for use in a tight space.
The urea tank assembly may include additional components, such as a hydrolyzing chamber 60 that converts aqueous urea to ammonia. The assembly may also include a urea quality sensor 62 to measure the solution's dielectric constant and resistivity.
